My
Story

I'm Jasmine Chow. I'm an empathetic problem solver, a creative architect, and an advocate for user-centered design.
I'm a UX/UI Designer passionate about designing delightful, simple experiences to help people learn and discover effortlessly. I have experience designing for mobile applications and web services at an IT Service and Consultancy company where I worked on various client projects from different industries, ranging from creating user auto insurance journeys to building prototypes for a mobile banking app. Previously I was at Xplora where I created interactive campaigns using gamification and conducted A/B testing. Later I started the feature of a virtual pet game for the kid's smartwatch to help encourage children to stay active and teach responsibility at the same time. Prior to the smartwatch for kids, I designed in the education industry where I designed a teacher dashboard.
While I focus on UX design these days, I have interests in other crafts such as 3D design, game design, and interaction design.
Coming from a non-traditional background where I received my bachelor's degree in psychology and education, I believe UX design is a way to collaborate with and empower people to accomplish their goals.
