

Loyalty program redesign
A rewards program that revolves around new and current members
Virgin Red is a loyalty rewards program from the Virgin Group.
The program aims to reward members for doing the things that make them happy.
The challenge for the project was to help users discover content that is relevant to them and meet their current needs. From creating a business model to better understand the company to producing user flow diagrams and sketches to brainstorm ideas, I created a new design where users can easily customize what they see, and depending on whether they are a new or existing member, the user will see the content pertinent to them. In addition, I introduced a favorites feature where the user can save the deals to use later.
